A local 4-H group hosted a Science Sleepover last night, in which 4th-6th grade girls did science experiments in the evening, slept on campus, and then attended a demo show this morning. Since I was involved with this morning's program, I got Kris and her friend Bethany into the sleepover. I opted to minimize my contact with the audience; rather, I tried to get female demonstrators to lead the show as much possible so the girls saw women doing the chemistry. The demonstrators did well. It is hard to take pictures in the demo room, but here are a couple.
