On June 23, my parents and Kris and Katie joined Karen and I at my parents' cabin. With all the reports of flooding along the Wolf River from the heavy rains in the area we went to see Big Smokey Falls. It was a pretty nice, sizable set of waterfalls. Dad also amazed us with his ability to relax a captured frog by holding it upside down and stroking its neck and belly. He is now known as "the frog whisperer".
