Today Katie and I stopped by a swampy spot in a nearby woods (more or less permanently wet wheel rut) and found some frog or toad eggs. We will see if we can get some to hatch. We have been poking around outside on and off the last couple days in the warm weather - the cold comes tomorrow.
We have blogged about January 24, 2010, already. Here are some pictures to go with that date. At church instead of shaking hands for the Sign of Peace people bowed to each other. Note the different way the music is noted in the book. The Qingping market was another farmer's market and was a lot of fun. Susan's place was one of many stores near the hotel designed to cater to adoptive families. Many of them were called "(woman's name)'s Place". We got Kris and Katie matching dresses.
